Ingredients
| Chicken breast | 600g |
| Valbuona sautéed porcini mushrooms | 250g |
| Butter | 30g |
| Extra virgin olive oil | to taste |
| Salt | to taste |
| Pepper | to taste |
| Flour | to taste |
| White wine | 25 ml |
| Thyme | as needed |
Preparation
- Place the butter and oil in a non-stick pan.
- Meanwhile, flour the chicken breasts.
- Once the pan is hot, add the chicken and brown for 2 minutes on each side.
- Add the wine and continue cooking until the chicken is cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper and flavour with fresh thyme.
- Serve with Valbuona mushrooms, previously sautéed over a high heat.
