Bavette pasta with pesto, potatoes and green beans

| Serbosco Ligurian pesto |
250 g |
| potatoes |
250 g |
| Green beans |
200 g |
| Grated Pecorino cheese |
to taste |
| Extra virgin olive oil |
to taste |
| Salt |
to taste |
Preparation
- Wash and peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
- Wash and trim the green beans.
- Boil the vegetables.
- Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water.
- Heat the previously cooked vegetables in a pan with the Ligurian pesto and a dash of the cooking water.
- Once cooked, add the pasta to the sauce, stir in extra virgin olive oil and place on a plate.
- Garnish with grated pecorino cheese and serve.
